application for any full time ILR radio licence, being advertised by OFCOM under the terms
of the Broadcasting Acts 1990 and 1996.

I hereby declare and agree that should any complaint be made against me regarding
anything I say whilst broadcasting, I personally accept full responsibility toward any libel
action.

Should I damage any studio equipment through neglect or misuse, I will be held personally
responsible and will fully repay Peterborough Community Radio Ltd for this item.
